These terms govern your use of Lexi Citizenship. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
1. Who can use the app
You must be 13 or older. Use of the app must comply with US law and the laws of your country.
2. Educational purpose, not legal advice
Lexi Citizenship is a study tool based on USCIS-published civics questions and N-400 form prompts. It is not legal advice. Citizenship eligibility, application timing, and document requirements should be confirmed with a qualified immigration attorney or directly with USCIS. We make best efforts to keep content current with USCIS publications but do not guarantee that questions reflect the most recent exam revisions.
3. Subscriptions
- Lexi Premium is sold as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
- Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID or Google Play account before the next renewal date. We cannot cancel for you.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policy; we do not issue refunds directly.
- Free-tier users may see ads. Premium removes ads and unlocks additional practice content.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the app's content.
- Don't use the app to harass other users in the competitive feature, abuse the leaderboard, or attempt to manipulate scores.
- Don't share your account credentials.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (cheating in competitions, abuse of the matchmaking queue, fraudulent purchases). We will tell you why before suspension when feasible.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantee that you will pass your USCIS interview, that the app will be free of bugs, or that it will be available without interruption.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will trigger an updated acceptance prompt inside the app.

10. Apple App Store — End User License Agreement (EULA)
This section applies when you download Lexi Citizenship from the Apple App Store (the "Licensed Application") and supplements the terms above.
- Acknowledgement. This Agreement is concluded between you and Gerardo Fernández (the developer of Lexi Citizenship) only, and not with Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. This Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Scope of License. The license granted to you for the Licensed Application is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and Support. The developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
- Warranty. The developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
- Product Claims. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual Property Rights. If a third party claims that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer Contact. Questions, complaints, or claims regarding the Licensed Application should be directed to Gerardo Fernández at gerafc79@gmail.com.
- Third-Party Terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application.
- Third-Party Beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of its terms, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
